Corrections

Corrections are treated as part of the evidence record, not as a cleanup task. A useful report identifies the exact sentence and the source that should change our conclusion.

What to include

  • The page URL and the exact sentence or claim.
  • The problem: inaccurate citation, missing context, overstatement, broken link, or another error.
  • A primary source or a short explanation that makes the correction checkable.
  • Whether you want your name associated with the correction.

Review standard

We will check the cited source, revise clearly unsupported wording, and record substantive changes in the public repository. A disagreement about interpretation is labelled as contested rather than silently resolved.
